These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the App Indulge LLC website at appindulge.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with others’ use of it, or using it to distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may modify or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

Our apps

Apps we publish (such as Gild) are provided through the applicable app store and are governed by that store’s terms and by each app’s own terms and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms where applicable.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by App Indulge LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “App Indulge” and our logos are trademarks of App Indulge LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission, except for a single copy for your own personal use.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
