Gild Privacy Policy

Gild is made by App Indulge LLC. Gild is designed to keep your information on your device and under your control. We do not require an account, and we do not collect personal information about you.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information. Gild has no sign-up or account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location.

Motion & fitness (step count). If you add a step-based goal, Gild reads your step count from your device’s motion sensor solely to score that goal. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Your goals and daily scores. The goals you choose and your daily scores are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud, they sync through your own private iCloud account using Apple’s iCloud service. We cannot see or access this data.

Purchases

Gild Pro is an in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple. Gild receives only whether your purchase is active — we never see your payment details.

What we do not do

Gild contains no ads, no third-party analytics, and no trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.

Third-party services

Gild relies on Apple for the App Store, in-app purchases, and (if you enable it) iCloud sync. Your use of those services is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Children

Gild is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Retaining and deleting your data

Your data lives on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account. To remove it, delete the app and, if you use iCloud, remove Gild’s data from your iCloud settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
